We are dedicated to providing the finest in martial arts instruction. 

Our head instructor is Sifu Tim Mills
Sifu is a 4th degree Black Belt in Kajukenbo
He also holds ranks in Doce Pares (Phillipino stick fighting) and Kodakan Judo
He is a certified USA Boxing instructor and Colorado Boxing commision referee
He is also undefeated in kickboxing/mixed martial arts

Ka-ju-ken-bo is considered the original mixed martial art,  
intergrating elements of Karate, Judo/Jiu-jitsu, Kenpo, and Chinese boxing (Kung Fu).
This combination of styles creates a self-defense system that is very effective for people large and small.  Techniques are taught to fight on the feet, clinching, throwing, and ground fighting.
